Thanksgiving – a sad day indeed!

Thanksgiving came and went as we sat numb, glued to the television watching Mumbai being torched. What a way to begin a vacation in my home country. All I can be thankful for now is that my little world is safe but that gives me little comfort. Watching fellow human beings suffer and feeling helpless is extremely painful. I know that we will rise from the ashes but if there is any justice in this world, the people who brought this on should die a painful death.
