enjoying a lovely vacation is PRICELESS
but right on it’s heels comes
- one kid with a mild case of flu
- one kid with a week long sickness diagnosed as mild pnemonia
- one limping dog
- and a hacking adult poised to succumb to the same bug the kids fell victim to!!
Is it too much to ask for a nice vacation followed by a not so stressful return????

Sands: The adult hacking is the OH. Fortunately he got a fairly mild case of the bug. Thanks and in his case he goes straight for the ingested kind of drugs versus the topical one. It’s me who fights drugs

Also been meaning to ask you since I can see it on your blog page..how is this book you’re reading by Amitav ghosh? I picked up a book by him once but got bored after the fifth page. Thinking about giving it another try. So was just curious.

As for the book, it is a little long. Being a historical fiction, it gets pretty long winded and I almost gave up a few times before finishing it!
